Lind Furniture began in Denmark in 1965 as a small upholstery factory. Over time, it grew to include three upholstery factories and one frame shop. This success prompted the founders to expand the business to North America, and Lind Furniture Limited was established in Canada in 1988. In late 2008, Lind Furniture Ltd separated from the Lind Group and came under new ownership as Lind Furniture Canada Limited.
